Meet The Team
Nick is the founder and CEO of The Fair and CEO of Big Cat Group. He is NEBOSH qualified and has been involved in the industry for over 20 years. He has particular experience in producing large scale events and health and safety management for events and oversees The Fair’s Event Production and Event Safety teams.
He has acted as Safety Director at live events such as Global Gathering, Ceremony & United Festivals, Garage Nation Festival and the Radio 1 Drum and Bass Awards. He also consults and advises on event safety for a wide variety of clients such as Hammerson, Cushman & Wakefield, Secret Cinema, GLA, Samsung, Grand Central and The Associated Press.
He regularly speaks at conferences such as International Confex, The Event Organisers Summit, PPA CONNECT and the Event Production Show on topics including Event Health, Safety & Welfare and Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) for the Events Industry. Nick is also a committee member of SAGE (Safety Advisory Group for Events) as well as IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health), NOEA (National Outdor Events Association) and the AIF (Association of Independent Festivals).

Rob has over 16 years of Live Events experience and leads The Fair’s Health and Safety and Licensing division and is NEBOSH qualified.
His experience in managing and producing both large scale live and corporate events, festivals and exhibitions spans across the UK, Europe and the US. In addition to event production, Rob specialises in event and festival safety, helping a wide range of clients deliver their sometimes challenging events safely, in venues ranging from civic squares and private estates to green fields and London parks.
IOSH & NEBOSH qualified and Personal Licence Holder, Rob is responsible for the to day planning & operation of large scale events, Budgetary management & reporting, Managing build and break operations, ESMP & RA authoring, H&S and risk identification, mitigation and management, SAG and Table Top Scenario chair, Licensing applications (including sub committee attendance), Third party H&S auditing, Recruitment, training and management of staff.
Rob has worked on shows that include Garage Nation, Bournemouth 7s, Junction 2, Gottwood, SXSW and Global Gathering.

Executive PA to CEO
Charlotte is our CEO’s Executive Assistant with over 20 years experience in the Entertainment Industry. Charlotte has worked within Music and Entertainment industry including, EMI, Sony BMG, Sony, MTV and also lived in New York & LA for 3 years as a PA to Music Artists.
Charlotte’s role incudes responsibility for:
Extensive diary management for the CEO
Travel planning, train booking, hotels and car rental All external and internal meeting arrangements Working with CRM daily to keep all new leads current and up-to-date All ad-hoc personal appointments and bookings

Health & Safety Officer
Andy has been involved in Health and Safety in the events and entertainment industry for over 18 years.
With experience in health and safety, licensing & crowd management, Andy has provided consultancy to entertainment venues through leading on crowd safety at major events, working with Local Authorities and the Police, providing safety advice and information, and regularly chairing Safety Advisory Group.
Andy has previously worked as a Licensing Officer for the London Borough of Barnet, enforcing legislation relating to licensing, health & safety, food hygiene, safety at sports ground as well as carrying out inspections, advising and guiding venues and events in good practice.

Rukhsana Bentley (Roxy)
Business Development Manager
After starting with Big Cat Group in the event production team working across festivals, experiential and public sector projects for clients such as Moseley Festivals, Young Rewired State, The Big Issue Foundation and MAMA and Company, Roxy moved in to business development to support the agencies expansion.
She is probably the first person you will speak with when you get in touch with us and manages The Fair’s tenders, proposals, prospecting and CRM as well as marketing and communications for The Fair.

Yasmin Galletti di Cadilhac (Yas)
Senior Production Manager
Yasmin has been working as a Production Manager for the last five and a half years, and has worked with some of London’s biggest dance music promoters and venues including Eastern Electrics, Found, 51st State, UKF, Drum and Bass Arena, Circo Loco, Ministry of Sound and Troxy. In addition to this, for the last two years she has also been run her own staffing agency, providing festivals, venues and events in London with front of house & back of house staff.

Laura joined The Fair to support the whole team on a variety of accounts including clients such as Boxpark, Hammerson and a range of festivals for summer 2017.
With previous experience working in the music touring travel industry, Laura has combined her music knowledge and organisational skills to produce events. Her role includes venue sourcing, supplier auditing and developing creative concepts.

Louise joined The Fair at the end of 2015 to take on the responsibility of creating, developing and producing a series of events for a new account. The role involved client meeting, sourcing suppliers and developing new working relationships outside London. Events include; outdoor cinema clubs, yoga festivals, light shows and experiential activations. With experience in the UK and Australia, working with creative event production agencies, Louise brings another creative eye to The Fair events team.
Louise’s specialisms include supplier management, management of client expectations, venue sourcing, budget management, artist liaison, crew and staff management.
Her clients include Hammerson and Baker St Quarter Partnership and projects include M&S product launch, Harvey Nichols Summer events, Opportunity International Gala Dinner, The Body Shop Press day, Hackney Walk Topping Out Ceremony, New Look SS16 Press Day & various events with Madison Soho.

As an account manager, Louisa works across several projects focusing as on all elements including site applications, creating and managing budgets, supplier sourcing and management, event delivery, health & safety and client communication.
Her background is as an arts/ music graduate and she worked previously as a freelance creative producer having worked with clients such as Teens Unite, BBC, SLG, Atass, Twitter, Linked IN, Browns, Unilever and Midori, pitching for and delivering a broad range of events. She also has a history in Digital Marketing, having previously worked for a music app creating and running their online marketing channels.
