BACKGROUND

— Participated with over 12 festivals over the summer of 2009 from the Download Festival in the midlands to Freeze at Battersea Power Station in London

CHALLENGE

— Transport and deploy a branded bar, VIP area and stage to ten festivals across the UK

— Manage the bar operation, stock and cash management

— Ensure brand promise and quality was maintained to the highest level

 

 

DELIVERY

— Three trial runs of facility installation

— Two weeks of brand training

— 12 week programme throughout the summer
of 2009

— Managed health & safety, financial control,
staffing, licensing and VIP/Press access.

RESULTS

— £200,000+ of retail sales (increase of 15%)

— Distribution of over 20,000 pieces of
branded merchandise
